Zero customer service I went there and it packed and they had only 2 employees one stocking and the other one was controlling self service. The Service was so bad and slow that the security guard was on a till. Just rubbish if u want to be in the shop queue for 2h go there.

Well stocked products and good variety also. Very rude security guy, who refused to give me discount (for over 60s on Tuesdays) and he said that regular staff isn't available.

Writing on behalf of my mum.My mum ordered online from East Ham Iceland for next day delivery only for all frozen goods to be damaged - all was defrosted with ice lollies liquid spilling onto everything else.
