Went to collect medication he took my details, still 15 minutes of waiting nothing, so I went and asked turns out he didn’t complete it, so the other guy did even then that took another 10 minutes !

One star for women who thinks because people are from a different country they don't speak Hindi. A few of the staff in day Lewis have spoken Hindi to me and my family.
