Massive store, perhaps too big.\\n\\nStaff are hit or miss, sometimes friendly and sometimes just plain rude and clueless.\\n\\nI witnessed an argument between the security guard and a customer a couple months ago which should have been dealt with far quicker by the store manager.

Absolutely ridiculous store. Staff are useless no care in the world for the customer. No manager about to even deal with complaints. I ordered something from online for click and collect as this is the closest store open till late for me. No notification to say item was delayed. Never come to this boots in Beckton. Today I been There and bought something . When I asked invoice he Deny. I said I need it he said I don't have. That staff don't know how to customer service. He was rude . I am very surprised how he got job!!!!!
