Very slow service, worst Barclays in the area, lack of staff/ support for customers

My 81 year old grandmother’s card got blocked by Barclays as they thought there was some sort of fraud (there wasn’t but I’m glad they were being cautious so this isn’t the issue) my grandmother was told to come into branch with ID to get it unblocked. This branch is no good most of the time you can not find the staff to help. Best just go to stratford branch.
