Unwelcoming, empty shelves, limited selection even when fully stocked. 5 types baked beans but no kidney beans... No fresh ginger... Staff always on the phone while stacking shelves. It went down hill about 3 months ago. Probably when managers changed. Staff is always in the way busy picking online orders while many aisles particularly meat one is almost always semi empty these days. Staff chats across aisles in own dialect loudly. Very handy shop but some of the staff are rude and cannot be bothered to answer you they talk across the shop to each other in their own dialect which on its own they shouldn't be doing and these are the managers their attitude is horrible I worked for sainsburys for a lot of yrs so I know what I,m talking about managers... read full comment
