Fab experience with Balfes Bikes, cannot recommend highly enough. - bought a Brompton from them - super friendly staff on phones, could not have been more helpful. Super prompt delivery. Even the delivery driver was nice ! (In a Balfes branded can)

Absolutely amazed with these guys this morning. Had a snapped gear cord at about 8:30am. They were one of the few bike repair shops open local to where I was and after asking their mechanic they got me in in less than 10 minutes.The shop itself has been decorated and finished to a high standard. Dropped off my son's bike to have pedals removed. Done in under a minute, no charge. Very helpful staff.
