Definitely not the service I'd expect from a brand like Next.Untidy shop floor and till area.Long waits to pay or collect ordered items. Lack of staff and customer service.Very disappointing.

What the hell is happening in Next Wandsworth Branch? Bad service. The girl at the till is rude and very unwilling to help or do her job.
