Rude staff. Foreign middle-aged blonde woman accused me of shoplifting with absolutely no rationale or proof. After thoroughly searching my bag and dropping new clothes I had just bought from other stores on their dusty floor, she realised that I had in fact, not shoplifted and yet I got no apology for being harassed.
