Manager is so arrogance, he is not giving reply properly, he said he has no time to reply very rude behaviour, I visited store on 13th February, on 8:30 pm. First He should have learn manners.

Incompetent management. Sold me pomegranate that was off twice. When I brought one back they wouldn't replace it without a receipt even though the sell by date wasn't passed and it clearly said coop on it. I leave 100 yards away but from now on they won't see a penny from me and I will go to Tesco express next door instead.
