The older man is very kind, the younger seems to be often quite rude.

The older man who works here is kind and friendly. The younger man is dismissive, rude, and refused to allow me to pick up a parcel. He was incredibly unhelpful and wasted my time AND I don't have my parcel when I know its probably sitting on the floor of his messy shop.
