Excellent shopping experience, the shop was well laid out and easy to manoeuvre. The manager Charlie was very helpful and friendly. We left with a lovely bed and dressing table and delivery the very next day was very smooth. Amazing choice of furniture we will be back very soon!

Wow same old issues as other people , booked collection online , no call back .Called store 3 times no one picked up and you can't leave a voice mail .I have emailed here to help email , Gary replied that they have contacted store manager personally o contact me ,that was 10 days ago.Clearly this part of Bhf service is...
