I asked if I can let my heavy tool bag somewhere as it was very heavy. The lady at the counter said. NO YOU CARRY IT WITH YOU! Not very helpful and actually rude.

Abdul was very helpful and answered and advised regarding the paint I needed to purchase. He went beyond and helped me carry 10l paint, great customer service

DO NOT get your kitchen from B&Q and certainly DO NOT get them to install it. Our kitchen got ripped out in October 2023 It was finished mid Feb 2024 - we were 16 weeks without a kitchen when were were told “2 weeks, 3 tops”. We had to move out of home for Christmas as we couldn’t cook or wash up.We are still trying... read full comment
