The woman working at counter was very very RUDE. (She even said to me that she is the manager) I can’t believe it, I have never seen this kind of manager or Staff in Any other Oxfam shops.

Choices are plenty. However a staff member named Fatma is not really friendly. Throws a plastic bag as if I am buying things for free.

Staff are RUDE. Over heard them tell a customer to put something back for no reason. Not giving customers a chance to finishing paying before they are calling the next person. Ones walking around with earphones inShops over crowded and you can't move with a buggy or a wheel chair
