My mum went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Many thanks for the professionalism and availability of staff, especially Dr. Ilaria. She really helped my mum by speaking with her in Italian and being incredibly helpful in finding her medicine.

Old lady staff was being super rude to me. I didn’t bring my physical student card here but i did show her my digital student card which I have to log-in anyway to show that to her. She kept asking about the date but it’s not on it, if I’m still not a student. I won’t be able to still log-in anyway. I understand... read full comment
