High wycombe branch, staff never approach you to ask if you need any help which the customers face clearly shows that you do need some sort of service. River Island was better with their styles years ago. These days it's really boring, tastless dull looking clothes and shoes for women. Very disappointing. It doesn't match up to the name anymore. They need to get better designers in.

After purchasing a lovely new pair of shoes and saving them for best. I took them on holiday last week. The shoes have literally been worn 2 times before this trip.
