Awful customer service at "Help/Advice" counter. Male staff member wearing scruffy untidy short sleeved T shirt, with no name badge. Unprofessional manner of speaking. His colleagues (none serving at counter for 25 mins) were at least dressed smartly, although none had a welcoming manner. I waited 30 mins before being served.... read full comment
