Customer Service could be better!! Rather talk to EE customer services upgrade over the phone

I was a little bit not happy with one of the customer service members it was a lady she didn’t speak welll to me and manager came down and servers me him self his name is sanjay he is great and well spoken professional customer service as expected perfect at the end walked out happy

Man at the entrance was extremely rude and yelled at us when we entered. He didn't seem interested in letting us look at any phones or plans and the staff was not wearing masks while all the customers were. Never coming back or using EE again!
