Avoid using this Coop post office for Amazon pick up. This is often only one staff at the counter. Use the other coop store at the other end of Pitshanger Lane unless you are happy to wait for 30 minutes plus to pick up your amazon order.

Visited post office and the food sections this morning at 11.30 am. Where are all the friendly staff. Met with dismissiveness from young man at postal counter and again by the young man on the till. They need customer service training asap. Not the norm I have to say. Come back the friendly engaging staff!!!

Criminal operation I repeatedly order and I'm charged for items that they don't deliver and someone is obviously stealing its happened at least ten times.
