Is it store policy to ignore potential customers? We went in to find shoes for my son. Despite attempting to get staff attention we were consistently blanked. Visited today to get a new pair of Sandals, the staff member Holly (I think that was her name!) was very helpful to me with measuring my feet and getting me the sandals I needed, Kudos to her!
