Long call waiting times. I called to complain and find out what had happened to a special delivery item, which was more than 48 hrs late. There was no compensation as promised for the delay. I would use an alternative courier if I had the option. Royal Mail are both inefficient and unreliable.

The service was really great and the food was really good too but if you’re a person who likes their hot drinks extra extra hot, you need to ask them to make that way.Other than that, everything was fantastic, the atmosphere the table service and the place was very neat and clean♥️
