Sadly I was given very poor service at this building Society today. I had a 12 o’clock appointment with a YBS Advisor and her manner towards my husband I was most disconcerting. She completely failed to provide clear information regarding transfer of an ISA and as a result we were made to feel quite ignorant. Not had... read full comment
When visiting a YBS branch please make sure there’s enough space to allow two metres between you and any other person; this may mean waiting outside until other customers leave. We also ask that you wear a face covering to help us keep our customers and colleagues safe.
