Poor knowledge, rude and no intention to serve waiting customers. Urgent training required, a self service checkout would offer a higher level of customer service. Will be taking future business to Screwfix.

It’s a smaller store, so you won’t get the same selection as the larger stores. The garden / outdoors section doesn’t have as many options. But if it’s standard tools you’re looking, it should help.
