Went up to the till to get a lottery ticketTwo ladies at each till one aisan lady one black lady with glasses,I started to politely ask for a lottery ticket , before I could finish, the black lady mumbled something about the till not being open !If it’s not open then don’t stand by it , plus try and smile and be more... read full comment

⏰ 17:56 hrs at the self checkout machine and I have been told the store is closing 4 times in the last 4 mins before closure. And we wonder why the high street is not doing well.
