Calling from couple of hours but no one is picking?

I went to three store in Croydon to upgrade my sim to a cheaper plan , instead the assistant manager upgraded my plan to a more expensive one. I have been a longstanding customer of 3 Mobile. On Monday 27 November 2023 I went to upgrade my phone at the Croydon store. The female manager on duty and sales advisor were very customer friendly, spoke to me in a respectful manner as they should.
