This company clearly avoids any accountability to customers as they have absolutely no direct customer service contact details and instead fob off customers by directing them with either non-existent or irrelevent contact details. Some might suggest that this is engaging in corruption.

You should be ashamed of yourself. I made a online order as I can't go to a store because I am recovering from a stroke and that order got as far as the delivery company then returned to superdrug. I tried to write to customer services only to find that it got rejected due to wrong details. I'm never using superdrug... read full comment
