A welcoming smile and efficient confirmation of my appointment. The lovely young lady who did the actual eye test was extremely informative on my eye conditions and physical content of the eye and effects of floaters and glaucoma, which could affect me.

So bad, not worth it. They increase the price of the contact lens subscription without telling the customers. Bad service, very disappointed! Going elsewhere

Very bad customer service. My appointment was at 13:15 and I have arrived early as 12:35 pm. I was waited until 14:00 and no one has seen me. While I was waiting there were another couple of their customers walked out of the store as they were ignored by the staff as well.I have attended the appointment during my lunch... read full comment
