Have to say, I recently experienced excellent customer service from a member of staff named Michael. He was so efficient, multi tasking with different customers, making sure we had all the information and help we requested. Absolutely brilliant, polite and extremely well mannered. Truly a credit to Santander.

Incompetent staff. Went to withdraw my money. Only for the staff to tell me they don’t have 6p. I told them send the 6p to my account and I’ll withdraw the rest. The silly lady sent all the money to my other account and now it’s stuck. I’m having to wait over an hour for it to be released. Closing my bank account.
