Cheap service, ATM machines are from 19 century.

Tried to withdraw funds from their ATM. There were no signs on the ATM of any fault. Withdrew money and the money didn't withdraw properly, but the funds came out of my bank. Spoke to the clerk and was told they could do nothing, that they were aware of the problem. But they didn't have any indication of any problems happening...

Have to say, I recently experienced excellent customer service from a member of staff named Michael. He was so efficient, multi tasking with different customers, making sure we had all the information and help we requested. Absolutely brilliant, polite and extremely well mannered. Truly a credit to Santander.
