Literally decided to stop serving on one side of the drive thru and left us waiting until we physically drove to the window

Very busy Friday night. Ordered via on screen terminal for table delivery. Took 25 minutes for 'fast' food to arrive and my chicken sandwich was cold. Moped delivery drivers get in the way everywhere but seem to get priority service over in restaurant diners. Traffic flow problems as drive through customers and in house... read full comment
