I thought the click and collect option would be the most convenient, however it turned out to be the most unpleasant experience ever. Not only was M&S unmanned, they left a security guard to do the staff's job, he asked me to wait and not even telling me how long it would take as people have things to do. Good stock but store policy is inflexible as it is card-only.
