Very rude stuff and no fitting rooms available, how am I supposed to buy something?

Rude 'Man Beast' looking middle aged woman with Incredible Hulk hair do at the till who told me to use self serve.Never got a receipt. When I went to query she was adamant I should of.So agressive, I walked off only to hear her laughing with her colleague about me. Useless and rude.
