Appaling! I booked an appointment several times and never received a response or confirmation back. A gentleman in the BHF Birmingham office was really lovely trying to coordinate a pick up date for me. Despite his best efforts the Croydon branch never responded, neither to his nor to my emails.I also called a few times...
