Store manager Charlie and staff Janice (at collection counter) are very rude in their behaviour. They should know how to speak to the customer. Not at all customer friendly. Looks like they are not interested to listen the customer view. Very bad customer service.

Store has a good layout and clean, but the click and collect service is abysmal. Empty desk and it took ages for someone to actually come.

Absolute shambles of a service.Got text a delivery would be on the expected day, nothing turned up, no call from the driver or store and then was forever chasing. Called up the customer service line, no real help just will escalate. Nothing heard, chased up via online chat, same will escalate, nothing heard. Filled in the... read full comment
