I recently visited the Crouch End branch of TSB. I arrived at 4.15 and was informed by a member of staff that counter service closed at 4pm. It's hard to find branches open till 5pm however this branch is still standing in crouch end with a small efficient team...on tsb website it shows they are closed for an hour for lunch 12-1 and counter services finish 4pm which is fair in the current high street banking standards.

Utterly useless; water my lunch break walking here in the rain, arriving at 1630 (closes at 1700) to be told 'no cash service' after 1600. Due to account closure I am required to empty my account in branch ONLY. Ridiculous. May as well close the branch (and all other useless TSBs).
