Evri return label printing machine is broken. I did a return month-2 ago, but the lady said "it is broken for 4 months" lol. How com you don't you get it fixed. You are offering and cooperating with Evri. Just shame and waste of my time.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Often have empty shelves. Very very unhelpful staff and unprofessional. Licking fingers and eating crisps on the shop floor. Have lost my evri parcel twice. None of the staff ever available for parcel collection and seems to take them at least 15 mins to track down any parcels. My advice... read full comment
