Awful customer service. Bought a toy pram for my daughter (1 year old) for Christmas and it broke (stitching came apart on seat) the next day! Returned to Argos Hornsey for a return / replacement and manager Nadim said there’s nothing he can do as it’s classed as accidental damage. Excuse me?
