James was a good customer focussed staff. The Asian lady at the till was helpful. What I see is the staff do their bit , within the process.. can't complain.

They supposedly have a cutting service in store - I turned up today and was told “no it’s only 10-12”. So annoying. Also nobody ever picks up the phone.
