while I admire the work the volunteers are doing in these shops I must say the staff here are some of the most miserable ,unhelpful and ungrateful I've ever met ,people are donating to help and a bit a bit of appreciation goes a long way ,maybe even a smile .Shame as the shop is a fantastic cause

Absolute joke went in there and they wouldnt accept all of our stuff after 3pm absolute joke cant pick and choose with charity shop.If you want to donate come to this shop in knuxley villiage there happy to take anything and staff are normal.

One of the most inaccessible shops for those in wheelchairs or with prams/pushchairs. Oftentimes cannot even get through the doorway as there are items in the way.
