Ashley made my experience at this Cafe Nero so enjoyable. It was nice to go to a coffee shop and not be made to feel like an inconvenience when I asked for amendments to my coffee. Customer service was second to none and I hope you are my barista when I visit next time, Ashley!

Worst cafe nero I’ve been to. Grim staff. Un inviting layout and was overcharged! £11.60 for a takeaway Flat white & ham/cheese croissant… by the time I realise it was too late to go back. ? And I didn’t get a receipt. Lesson learned. Avoid this cafe!!
