Had an appointment for 5:30 to pick up glasses. Phoned to say I was running late and would be there by 5:45 knowing they shut at 6. Get there at 5:45 with the store closed and phone lines off. What is the point in saying you will see me still if you shut before your specified opening hours.

My daughter and I went for an eye test at Specsavers Kingsbury. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Helped us choose our Frames. When we went to collect them again providing the personal touch

The staff are very helpful and polite, the staff called DEV, he was really patience and clear explanation. very good service.
