I find the men at the post office are helpful and friendly but there is one woman who works there now that has zero customer service. ZERO.every time I've used them, my parcel seems to go missing... Post office really need to investigate what's happening.

They need to update the opening hours on the website, which claims opened Saturday 9am. It's now 9:40am and the shutters are down. Looks like they open whenever they feel like it.

How terrible can service possibly be? If you want to know the answer to that question visit the post office on Church Lane. How are these people still in business?
