Worst branch ever. Kalpesh Patel the branch manager is abusive to customers, natwest head office knows this but refuses to act. They agree seem to agree to allow abuse to their customers. Time to leave natwest. Bunch of benchods

Worst branch in london, never had a satisfying experience here.Staff are unhelpful and not welcoming at all.There is a female staff who will suffocate you by just staring deep into your soul.There is another female staff with a slightly crooked back (can’t remember her name), she is very rude and patronising towards customers... read full comment
