Customer service is ridiculously unacceptable.Having to wait over 20 minutes to be served when pharmacy is empty, the old lady at the counter is completely ignorant, how sad that is nearly 2024 but apparently you have to speak a certain language in this place to be acknowledged.

Waited for like 15 to 20 mins just to get a medicine when it was not even busy. Although the store is clean and tidy looking but no customer service at all. The staff was not friendly with other customers entering the shop.

Paid £45 for a vaccine booked online showed up for appointment she didn't know I was coming, had to check they had the dose for the correct vaccine type and I had to wait over 20 mins on a Sunday afternoon. Sigh
