Not good. Beyond their control. Very short staffed and the lady covering the lashes was not very good, in customer service or application of lashes. She applied the glue on the wrong side and glue went into my eye. I have 13 years of lash application and have used the service in their Woolwich branch before which was great.... read full comment

A staff member claiming that the half price or even cheaper offer will end today, hurry!!! He misled me by this %50-%60 discount while being sold a less discount one and did not provide the first receipt after scanning the clubcard so on this secondary receipt was only showing zero pound with just clubcard points indication... read full comment
