A cluttered and hectic store environment, and some of the rudest staff members imaginable. As a customer you’re generally treated as though you being there wanting to buy things is a complete hassle. Just a shocking lack of customer care! One definitely to avoid!

Why exactly do you not have self-checkout in this store? This is the only grocery store in London where I need to queue up every single time. And it’s so akward trying to pack stuff into my backpack at the small checkout desk, I see everyone struggling with this. What’s going on?
