Unprofessional. Be prepared to waste a lot of time. We booked a home visit twice and the guy basically forgot he was to come. We just sat and waited for him for half the Saturday then he called and said 'oh sorry I forgot'. The same happened with the next visit.We went to the store but they didn't have a lot of options...
