This branch really needs to get their act together. There is often only one person, sometimes nobody on the actual tills. Not everyone wants to use self checkout. I often feel like I’m treated as an inconvenience for wanting an actual person to scan my shopping. They just don’t seem to care that much about their customers

Waitrose offer a collection service for Amazon which is not clearly signposted in store. I arrived at the most obvious point, a desk behind the check ins and with nobody manning the desk, rang the buzzer.
