I went to the Chiswick branch because I'd visited Kingston & the young man who served me was so rude that I wasn't prepared to return. Unhelpful. Smug. Rude. Terrible customer service. Constantly trying to place blame on the customer when it is clearly their issue. Can’t stress enough not to come to this store or use their services.
