If I could give 12 starts I would!!! Such helpful and patient team, wow !!! I had a problem with a DHL parcel dropped off at that store, and the tracking did not update for days. 4 months in, £600 garden table has warped and split. I have been offered £60 compensation, but no refund as they advise it needs to be dismantled and stored INDOORS over the winter. It is covered by a garden table cover (as per their website guidance and the supplier's website guidnace) but apparently that isnt good enough.... read full comment
