You walk in the shop and that manager with the red hair is just standing there with a big face on her, so unfriendly, poor customer service, thinks she's above us all. I am boycotting this shop.

Wanted to buy a £50 hoodie in the window. They told me display items can only be sold on Fridays.Oxfam, save the children but only on Fridays.
