DisasterMetro was not able to sort out the issues with the App for months.I needed to go 4/5 times in store and to send numerous time screenshots to IT department and problem was not solved.However, it just caused me a lot of stress and loss of earnings.

Amateurs they dont have a clue about banking they will need at least 15 years to become professional every time i ask question i need to wait 4 people to have answer and you see staff behind desks doing nothing while people waiting to been seen !!
